Relish

The Ask:

Relish set out to disrupt (buzzword alert!) the relationship space with unprecedented access to personalized resources, insights, and counseling lessons. With a laser-focused team of strategists and licensed professionals on board, a content plan was laid out before a team of writers ready to bring the Relish experience to life. I was lucky enough to join that team.

The Work:

A tricky paradox of personalized lessons written for nobody in particular—also known as enough short-form content to serve a heavily researched mix of personas within the user base. With a conversational tone and enough levity to destigmatize the exercise, we were able to load the app with dynamic, culturally relevant pieces that speak to the person behind the profile. The content drove engagement, growth, and (most importantly) satisfaction amongst Relishers and their relationships.
