Welcome to hiring in the service industry, where grueling turnover is always on the menu. And for dessert? A lack of talent to fill those abandoned roles. That’s why Seasoned built the only hiring solution as fast as the industry, coupled with a pool of restaurant-specific candidates who know what it means to be “in the weeds.” With big plans for a paid ad campaign to launch the platform, they needed a concept that plainly spoke to the specific pain points those managers were feeling—in a voice they could relate to.

The Work:

A delicious spread of display, banner, and paid social ads that emphasized Seasoned’s unique value prop—while acknowledging the desperate need for a solution built specifically for the service industry’s unique challenges. Mirroring the blunt tone thrown around during a busy dinner rush, the concept was about radical honesty. In short: Sorry we took so long, but let’s get you staffed up.
